Q: Where do you ship? A: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Shipping is 100% free on all orders! No minimum purchase required.
Q: How long will it take to get my order? A: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Best of all? Return shipping is on us!
Q: How do I start a return? A: Simply email us at francesaswain@hotmail.com with your order number, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us at 417-372-4263 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't shipped yet.
